Come learn about preserving environmental cases for criminal action, agencies to include, and lessons the Health Department has learned when working with the District Attorney investigator. This presentation will be interactive and ask participants to consider agencies to include in an environmental investigation, identifying next steps, interview considerations, and should the case be a criminal action, administrative or civil action, or a joint criminal and administrative action.
