Ryan is a graduate from the University of Connecticut and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management Engineering. He has worked at the Connecticut Department of Public Health for the past 19 years, of which 14 years have been in the regulation of public water systems and the last 5 years have been overseeing the State’s Private Well Program.
