LCDR James Speckhart is an Environmental Health Officer serving since 2008 in the U.S. Public Health Service. He current serves as a health and safety officer at the FDA - Center for Medical Device and Radiological Health in Silver Spring, MD. He has been honored to serve on the NEHA Board of Directors representing the five mid-Atlantic states and uniformed services since 2012.
