This presentations will explain the impact of health homes on public health outcomes and the disproportionate impact present in low income and communities of color. It will focus on the role of law in establishing and maintaining healthy homes for all communities. This session will explore the role that law plays in assuring that homes are healthy through the lens of lead laws, radon laws, and brownfield laws.
