Lieutenant Commander Kerton Victory, PhD, MSc, REHS, is an Environmental Health Specialist/Epidemiologist with that the NIOSH Emergency Preparedness and Response Program. He currently severs as a NIOSH emergency coordinator supporting CDC Emergency Operations Center and has led several Health Hazard Evaluations in the U.S. impacting worker health and safety.
