State Safe WATCH partners will describe the unique partnerships and networks developed in their communities to strengthen drinking water programs. This session provides an overview of the steps taken to build partnerships and networks. The session will describe the different barriers encountered when developing networks and highlight the benefits for their drinking water programs.
