State and local food safety program staff will discuss recent foodborne illness outbreak investigations from an environmental health perspective. Attendees will learn how the presenters used data from environmental health activities of outbreak investigations (e.g., environmental assessments, environmental sampling, complaint investigation) to quickly identify and remedy sources of transmission, and stop outbreaks.
