Adam Kramer is an Environmental Health Officer with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Center for Environmental Health's food safety team. He works primarily with the National Environmental Assessment Reporting System and the Environmental Health Specialists Network. Dr. Kramer has over 20 years experience at the local and Federal levels doing food safety work.
