Investigation of three L. monocytogenes cases linked to the consumption of sandwiches from a deli located at a cancer care hospital in Toronto. The PFGE pattern combination for all positive food samples matched the outbreak-confirmed cases, and all samples were related to the outbreak-confirmed cases by WGS.
