Shelby Calvillo is an Environmental Health Specialist II with Pima County. Shortly after graduating with her Bachelors, Shelby began work as an Environmental Health Specialist I performing food, aquatic and housing inspections for Pima County. In December 2017, Shelby promoted to an Environmental Health Specialist II where she assists in training and standardizing EHS staff as well as oversees all Risk Control Plans in Pima County. Shelby is currently a register sanitarian in the State of Arizona and standardized by the Arizona Department of Health Services. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona.
