Elizabeth Landeen is the Associate Director of Program and Partnership Development at NEHA. Elizabeth works on the development of workforce and capacity building initiatives, in-person and online education and training, and establishing collaborative partnerships. Elizabeth joined NEHA in 2007, where she worked closely with CDC's Food Safety Office on the Epi-Ready: Foodborne Illness Response Strategies Team Training. Elizabeth also led the development of a course for the retail food industry aimed at bridging the gap between regulatory food safety agencies and the retail food service industry. Elizabeth participates in such workgroups as the Council to Improve Foodborne Illness Response, and the Integrated Foodborne Outbreak Response and Management. Elizabeth leads the NEHA Food Safety Workgroup, and is the lead on NEHA’s cannabis-infused product initiatives
