A Global Environmental Health graduate of the Rollins School of Public Health, Ms. Evans's interdisciplinary educational and professional background ranges from patient advocacy and disaster management to clinical research and mobile data collection system development. The commencement of Ms. Evans's work in the Emergency Management Section of the National Center for Environmental Health at CDC closely coincided with the advent of the 2017 hurricane season. She currently focuses on hurricane recovery projects for NCEH.
