What ought the environmental health profession require for advanced education prior to entry into the profession? What should the profession require in 2028 to join the environmental health professional? Can the job market support future graduates of environmental health programs and if so, where? In this session, EH leaders affiliated with accredited programs will discuss and solicit extensive feedback pertaining to the job market and needs. Ideas related to recruitment strategies for getting students into the EHS field as well as commentary on curricula that embraces future skills that will benefit students getting jobs requiring problem-solving skills will be highlighted.
