Jason is an associate professor at Eastern Kentucky University and is a past-president of the Association of Environmental Health Academic Programs and is the co-director of the upcoming 2nd One Health, One Global Environment Conference in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Jason has published a variety of articles on the environmental health employment outlook and EH academic program perspectives on recent graduate placement. In addition, Jason is well-published in the area of water quality as it relates to fecal indicator bacteria and cyanobacteria in freshwater sources.
