Sarah is the current president of the OregonAir n Environmental Health Association. Ms. Puls is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist in the State of Oregon and is the Environmental Project Manager for the Eugene Airport. She is an alumnus of Calpoly San Luis Obispo where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural System Management and an alumnus of Columbia Southern University where she earned a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health.
