Rance Baker is the director of Entrepreneurial Zone, at the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) with headquarters in Denver, CO. He oversees and leads the teams in researching, developing and delivering education and training for both industry and the regulatory community in food safety and other environmental health areas. Before coming to NEHA, Rance spent over 30 years in the retail food sector. His background in corporate executive management in both the restaurant and grocery sectors gives him a strong understand of food and food safety needs from both the industry and regulatory points of view. Rance is a Principle Investigator for FDA cooperative agreements, an active member of the Conference for Food Protection, sits on the Partnership for Food Protection Training and Credentialing Committee, and is a member of the ANSI Credentialing Body Advisory Council.
