Get the Meeting App! 

The AEC Meeting App is a complimentary tool provided to all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors to allow them get the most out of their time at our annual conference.

It is included as part of your registration and does not require you to do anything but download the app to your smartphone or tablet OR login from your desktop -- use the following URL: https://neha19.zerista.com/

After you register for the AEC, you will automatically receive an email to the email address used when you registered so watch your inbox for an email from AEC@neha.org.

This email will contain your invitation to log in and set up your profile. 

 

What can you do with the meeting app?

  • Build a personalized schedule from educational sessions, events, and activities (see *Note below for why this is important)
  • Quickly exchange contact information with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors by scanning their conference badge
  • Message other attendees to network, ask questions, or set up meetings
  • Access maps and floor plans to navigate the conference hotel, the meeting space, and the locations of conference events
  • View, message, and set meetings the companies and organizations exhibiting at AEC
  • Play the 2019 AEC Scavenger Hunt game to enhance your AEC experience and be entered to win prizes

 

Why Use the App?

*Note: We are going green once again for this year's conference, so you will not receive a large, printed program book onsite that we have had in the past, listing all sessions, descriptions, speakers, etc.

We will provide a much smaller pocket guide for the program with an outline of the day's sessions.

For full educational session descriptions while at the conference, you'll need to get those online (desktop or mobile device).

If you build your schedule in advance before you go, you will have all of the details on sessions, maps, speakers, etc. ready at your fingertips!

Plus, the meeting app is a fun way to connect with others and earn points as part of the 2019 AEC Scavenger Hunt!

Monday, July 8: 2:00–6:00 pm
Tuesday, July 9: 10:00 am–12:00 pm, 1:00 – 4:00 pm, 4:00 – 5:30 pm (exhibition hall), 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, July 10: 7:00 – 10:30 am, 12:00 – 4:30 pm

AEC Scavenger Hunt

The AEC Scavenger Hunt rewards attendees who connect with one another, with exhibitors, or attend sessions and events through a point system where attendees can win prizes, and most of all — connect and have fun!

Available to all attendees of the conference, the AEC Scavenger Hunt is easy to play and will enhance your AEC experience.
