A Solar Group Buy is an evidence-based practice for local homeowners, organized by government and non-profit partners, to work together to purchase and install solar power as a community. We will provide Linn County Iowa's experience of how a medium-sized local health department got over 100 homeowners to install solar power and reduce C02 emissions by 1.5 million pounds a year.
