“Sanitation for Food Safety, Using Sanitizer Test Strips”, will cover the who, the what, the why, the when, and the how of properly using sanitizer test kits. Cleaning and sanitizing is the final step to help keep people safe. During this interactive presentation attendees will discover how to educate the food industry in food safety sanitation best practices. We will cover basic terms, the kits to use, and testing methods for locations/facility's that might require sanitizer solutions. Including frequency of testing sanitizers and how to use the kits correctly. All attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a hands on demonstration of the concepts presented in this session.
