Description

Approximately 825 retail food regulatory programs across the United States are enrolled in the FDA Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (Retail Program Standards). The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) conducted an assessment to evaluate how local, state, tribal, and territorial governmental public health agencies are using the Retail Program Standards as a tool for fostering continuous improvement in their retail food regulatory programs. This session will focus on the results and analysis of the assessment.
