Chef Jason Collis began with World Central Kitchen during the Thomas fire in Ventura Ca where he connected with WCK focusing on procuring kitchen space for the operation and leading the operation with the organization. Since Chef Jason has assisted and lead operations in Montecito, Guatemala, Redding’s Ca, North Carolina, Florida, Paradise Ca, Washington DC, Columbia and Mozambique. Chef Jason resides in Oxnard Ca with his wife and two children.He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and associates degree in Culinary arts and restaurant management. He brings over 25 years of business experience with 20 years specializing in the food and beverage industry where he has launched successful food business operations such as Jonathan’s at Peirano’s, J’s Tapas and Martini bar and currently Plated Events By Chef Jason with his wife Jocelyn. As Director of Procurement for WCK chef Jason brings his experience in the food and beverage business sector to help lead, organize and implement purchasing and kitchen operations for disaster relief operations globally.
