Bio
| Lynn M. Szybist is a Supervisory Consumer Safety Officer for the Labeling Regulations Implementation Team (LRIT) at the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Prior to working in LRIT, Lynn started as a Consumer Safety Officer in CFSAN’s Office of Compliance in 2002. Lynn graduated with a M.S. in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and worked for three years as the Corporate Labeling Specialist at McKee Foods Corporation in Collegedale, Tennessee before becoming a federal employee. |
