Charles Idjagboro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Medicine. He has been with FDA CFSAN Retail Food Protection Team, as a Consumer Safety Officer, since January 2017. Prior to joining the team, he was an FDA Field Investigator, enforcing compliance to the CFR in manufacturing facilities, for approximately 4 years, at the Baltimore District office. He also has experience in both state and local levels, where he served as a Licensed Environmental Health Specialist for approximately 4 years, at Carroll County Health Department; and additional 4 years at Baltimore County Health department. He loves to hike, listen to music and play soccer in his leisure time.
