Maggie Staab is a Program Supervisor for the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment’s Public Health Investigations Division. She attended the University of Denver and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality Management. Prior to becoming a supervisor, she was the lead food truck investigator for the Department and is currently a Certified Professional in Food Safety. Outside of work she enjoys gardening and traveling to new places. She is excited about empowering Denver’s communities to live better, longer.
