Jayne Windham of Livable Housing, Inc. has over 20 years of professional experience in housing and community development programs, including construction oversight for a variety of publicly-funded projects. A nationally recognized trainer and consultant, Jayne is a credentialed Healthy Homes Specialist, holds a BS in Engineering Management and is a consultant for the Stoppests program at Cornell University’s IPM Center.
