Katie Del Rosario is a Food Safety Specialist with the USDA Food and Nutrition Service. At USDA she helps to develop food safety education and technical resources for school nutrition professionals operating Child Nutrition Programs, such as the National School Lunch Program. Katie holds a Master's degree in Environmental Health, Bachelor's degree in Biology and Environmental Studies, and is credentialed as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist.
